Synthetic ammonia water manufacturers, processors, and traders with relevant qualifications; 2. Manufacturers and processors must possess a "Safety Production License" or a "Project Environmental Impact Assessment Report", as well as a "Hazardous Chemicals Business License" (if the manufacturer or processor participates in the bidding, their trading partners and the manufacturer or processor's proposed bidding supply points must not be duplicated). Traders must possess a "Dangerous Chemicals Business License or Registration Certificate", a "Safety Production License" from the upstream ammonia source manufacturer, and a copy of the purchase and sales contract. 3. Channels with a dangerous goods road transportation operation license (self owned ammonia tank truck), or providing a transportation contract signed with the transportation company, vehicle berthing agreement, and the transportation company's dangerous goods road transportation operation license, with certain ammonia storage and transportation capabilities, will be given priority consideration.   4. Have a sound safety management organizational structure and safety production responsibility system; Project safety management personnel and special operation personnel must possess corresponding qualification certificates; Clear communication and contact information for safety management personnel is required; We need to agree with the economic penalty clauses in our security agreement; It is necessary to invest in safety production costs in accordance with national, provincial, and municipal regulations; We need to develop comprehensive safety protection measures, emergency management plans, and labor protection equipment wearing standards in conjunction with our company's work environment. 5. Bidders with equity affiliations are generally not allowed to bid for the same section at the same time.
