Total area of the land parcel: 40000 square meters. Location of the land parcel: west of Lianhua Road and south of Fangxing Avenue, Hefei Economic Development Zone. Term: 50 years. Floor area ratio: 1.500 ≤ Building density (%). Greening rate (%). Building height limit (meters). Main land use: Class I industrial land. Detailed use: Use name. Area: Class I industrial land. 40000. Investment intensity: 60 million yuan/hectare. Deposit: 4.5 million yuan. Valuation report filing number: 3406125BA0002. Starting price: 22.278 million yuan. Price increase range: 10000 yuan. Listing start time: 2025. Listing deadline: May 22, 2025. Both domestic and foreign legal persons, natural persons, and other organizations in the People's Republic of China can apply to participate. Applicants can apply individually or jointly. Other conditions that the applicant should meet: Companies and legal persons both within and outside the People's Republic of China can apply to participate in the bidding activity for the right to use state-owned construction land (except as otherwise provided by law).
