Legal persons, natural persons, and other organizations within and outside the People's Republic of China can apply to participate. Applicants can apply individually or jointly. Other requirements that the applicant should possess: 1. Application form; 2. Documents and valid proof of the legal existence of domestic and foreign legal persons and other organizations; 3. Organizational code certificate; 4. Certificate of Legal Representative; 5. Legal representative's ID card; 6. In this listing activity, bidders who have been listed as dishonest punishment objects by the China Execution Information Network and the Anhui Provincial Natural Resources Credit Information Management System are not allowed to participate in land bidding. Individuals are not allowed to participate in bidding for residential land. 3、 The bidding party for the auction of state-owned land use rights will be determined based on the principle of the highest bidder. 4、 For detailed information and specific requirements of this listing and transfer, please refer to the listing and transfer documents.
