Project Overview: Potential suppliers for procurement projects related to amplification equipment on the second and third floors of Huacheng Building should be listed on the e-transaction platform( https://www.ejy365.com )Obtain the bidding documents and submit the bid documents before 9:30 am on May 6, 2025 (Beijing time). 1、 Basic Information of the Project 1.1 Project No.: ZB2032252111401.2 Project Name: Relevant public address equipment and other procurement projects on the second and third floors of Huacheng Building 1.3 Budget amount: RMB 500000 1.4 Maximum price: RMB 500000 1.5 Procurement demand: The multimedia equipment purchased this time needs to meet the daily needs of undergraduate teaching, be able to be managed in a unified way with the smart classroom, and maintain a certain degree of progressiveness. 1.6 Contract performance period: until all contract contents have been fulfilled. 1.7 Industry division: Industrial. 1.8 This project does not accept consortium bidding. 2、 Qualification requirements for applicants: 2.1 Meet the requirements of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China: (1) have the ability to independently assume civil liability (provide the business license of a legal person or other organization; if the supplier is a natural person, provide their ID card); (2) Having a good business reputation and sound financial accounting system (providing a financial status report for any month within six months from the bid opening time (including at least the balance sheet and income statement) (legal entities or other organizations established less than three months may not provide it), or a credit certificate issued by a bank within six months before the bid deadline, or its financial report for the previous year); (3) Having the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (the supplier shall provide proof of equipment and professional technical capabilities required to fulfill the procurement project contract); (4) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law (provide at least one month before participating in this government procurement activity: ① provide proof of tax payment; ② provide proof of social insurance payment), and provide proof materials for those who enjoy exemption or deferred payment in accordance with the law; (5) Within the three years prior to participating in procurement activities, there has been no significant record of illegal activities in business operations (provide a commitment letter); (6) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations: none. 2.2 Qualification requirements for implementing government procurement policies: This project is not specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises (or prison enterprises or welfare units for people with disabilities). 2.3 The purchaser shall specify specific conditions based on the special requirements of the procurement project and provide proof materials or situation explanations that meet the special requirements: none. The major illegal records referred to in Article 2.1 (5) of 2.4 refer to the administrative penalties imposed on suppliers for illegal operations, such as criminal penalties, orders to suspend production or business, revocation of licenses or permits, and significant fines. 2.5 Suppliers who have been prohibited from participating in government procurement activities for a certain period of time due to illegal operations within 3 years prior to participating in procurement activities may participate in government procurement activities upon expiration of the period. 2.6 The same person in charge of the unit or different suppliers with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in procurement activities under the same contract.
