Effective immediately, nuclear price bidding will be implemented for the purchase of diesel generators for the Shanghai Maglev Demonstration Operation Line. 2. The content of this project is the procurement and partial renovation of diesel generators for the Shanghai Maglev Demonstration Operation Line, including the purchase of a set of Dongming diesel generator sets (GF2-50), which will be installed on a maglev special vehicle and installed and debugged together with the maglev special vehicle. 3. The supplier must simultaneously meet the following conditions: 1) have independent legal personality registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China; 2) Original manufacturer or with original factory authorization qualifications; 3) Have similar project performance in the past three years (from January 1, 2022 to present) (subject to contract or owner certification documents); 4) This project adopts credit score bidding, and bidding units with credit scores ≥ 60 points (out of 100 points) are eligible to participate in this bidding. Bidders shall not participate in the bidding of this project if any of the following situations occur: 1) Through Tianyancha Professional Edition（ https://pro.tianyancha.com/home ）Query, if the bidder is the same unit leader as other bidders in this bidding project, or if there is a controlling or management relationship with other bidders in this bidding project; 2) According to the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn), those listed as seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce, or ordered to suspend operations, have their licenses temporarily suspended or revoked, or have their qualification certificates revoked; 3) According to the China Execution Information Disclosure Network (zxgk. court. gov.cn/shixin), those who have been listed as dishonest and subject to execution by the Supreme Court of China. 5. The equity and management relationship between the person in charge of the bidding unit and the bidder shall be subject to the public information of "Tianyancha" and "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System" on the deadline for bidding. In case of conflict, the latter shall prevail. 6.
