Supplier Qualification Requirements 3.1 Suppliers should be established in accordance with the law and meet the following requirements: (1) Establishment in accordance with the law: The responding party must be a legal person or other organization registered in accordance with the law within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with the ability to independently assume civil liability.
