1、 The bidding conditions are based on the business needs of Mengcheng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Medical Community Group. The CT maintenance service procurement project of Mengcheng County Fenzi Town Health Center has been approved and meets the procurement conditions. The purchaser is Mengcheng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Medical Community Group and Mengcheng County Fenzi Town Health Center, and the agency is Anhui Qiushi Engineering Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. The project is now open for public procurement. 2、 Project Overview and Procurement Content: 1. Project Number: AHQSZB [2025] 0822. Project Name: CT Maintenance Service Procurement Project for Fenjia Town Health Center in Mengcheng County. 3. Procurement Unit: Mengcheng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Medical Community Group, Mengcheng County Fenjia Town Health Center. 4. Source of Funds: Self owned Funds. 5. Procurement Content: Regular safety inspections and full warranty of Anke ANATOM32Fit (including all accessories such as ball tubes and detectors) to ensure optimal operation of the equipment, as specified in the procurement requirements. 6. Procurement Budget: 170000.00 yuan/year. 7. Maintenance Service Period: 3 years. 3. Supplier Qualification Requirements: 1. Meet the requirements of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law; (1) Capable of independently assuming civil liability; (2) Having qualified independent legal personality and a business license that has passed annual review; (3) Within the three years prior to participating in government procurement activities, there has been no significant record of illegal activities in business operations; (4) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations. 2. Suppliers with any of the following bad credit records shall not be recommended as candidate suppliers for transactions, nor shall they be determined as successful suppliers; (1) The supplier is listed as a dishonest debtor by the people's court; (2) The supplier or its legal representative or (project leader) has been included in the bribery criminal file by the People's Procuratorate; (3) Suppliers listed in the list of abnormal business operations by the administrative department for industry and commerce; (4) Suppliers who are listed as parties to major tax violations by the tax department; (5) The supplier has been included in the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by the government procurement regulatory department; 3. This project does not accept consortium bidding; 4、 Registration and Procurement Document Collection Method 1. Procurement Document Collection Time: From April 24, 2025 to 17:30 on April 28, 2025 (Beijing time). 2. Procurement documents and materials: The material fee is 400 yuan/copy, and the after-sales service of the document materials is non refundable (sent in electronic format). Suppliers must collect the procurement documents before the registration deadline. Suppliers who have not obtained the procurement documents through registration will be rejected by the purchaser. Suppliers are advised to carefully read the "Supplier Qualification Requirements" and register with caution. 3. Registration method: (1) Suppliers who are interested in participating in this project and intend to bid, please contact the agency within the registration period with a letter of authorization from the unit and attached registration materials to handle the registration matters. Required documents for registration: Authorization letter from the legal representative, business license (copy) that has passed annual inspection, and copies of the above registration materials stamped with the official seal of the company, to be submitted by the authorized principal when registering.
