Project Overview and Bidding Content 2.1 Project Overview: The Yunnan Baiyao Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Cultural Park project is located at No. 51 Xiba Road, Xishan District, Kunming City, within the old factory area of Yunnan Baiyao Group. This project is a renovation project, and the existing buildings/facilities were built in the 1990s. It is now planned to expand and renovate the existing buildings and facilities on the existing foundation. Total renovation land area: 27477.72 square meters, total renovation building area: 41058.52 square meters. Through modern and commercial operation, it will become the Yunnan Traditional Chinese Medicine Exhibition Center and the online and offline trading platform of the assembly line in the future, and build a comprehensive industrial park with multiple service functions such as TCM diagnosis and treatment experience, health pharmacy, Tonic Diet, live broadcast base, health care, shared office, etc. 2.2 Service location: No. 51 Xiba Road, Xishan District, Kunming City, within the old factory area of Yunnan Baiyao Group (designated by the tenderer); 2.3 Bidding Scope: To complete the landscape scheme design, interior decoration scheme design, architectural construction drawing design (excluding reinforcement parts), curtain wall construction drawing design, interior fine decoration construction drawing design, garden landscape construction drawing design, intelligent design, other special designs (power transformation and distribution engineering, signage design, traffic signs, guidance, soft decoration coordination, secondary electromechanical and door and window railing deepening design, etc.), building facade design (including optimization design, deepening design, construction drawing design) and related follow-up service work for the Yunnan Baiyao Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Culture Park project renovation project, as well as technical disclosure and on-site services before construction (including but not limited to construction site coordination stage, solving design technical problems during construction) Drawing changes and design modifications, as well as full process design tracking services, coordination work, and related drawing design work during the construction process.
