If the delivery company breaches the contract, it shall not participate in our hospital's drug inquiry and procurement activities for the next half year, and other penalties shall be imposed according to the severity of the circumstances; 8. Provide a written quotation commitment letter, stamped with the official seal of the pharmaceutical company; 9.
