Please keep an eye on the relevant information published on the CR Group Shouzheng Electronic Procurement Platform and promptly review and handle it. 8、 Service fee payment: This project charges a service fee to the successful bidder. The supplier shall pay the service fee to the platform operator (China Resources Shouzheng Tendering Co., Ltd.) within 10 days after receiving the pre made traffic notice and service fee payment notice. After confirmation, the purchaser shall send the transaction notice. The platform operator shall issue a service fee invoice to the transaction party upon receipt of the service fee. Fee standard: Procurement projects with a total transaction amount of less than 500000 yuan are exempt from service fees. For procurement projects with a total transaction amount of 500000 yuan, 0.15% of the transaction amount will be charged to the bidder (rounded to the nearest fraction). The total fee for a single project is capped at 100000 yuan. Other instructions: (1) Total price procurement, with the fee base based on the transaction amount; Unit price and rate procurement, with the charging base based on the budget amount. (2) If there are multiple bidders for a single project, the total fee shall be calculated based on the total transaction amount, and each bidder shall be allocated according to the transaction ratio; If the total transaction amount of the project is over 500000 yuan, but the transaction amount of a single person is less than 500000 yuan, a service fee will still be charged proportionally. Refund instructions: After the transaction notification is released, the platform has completed the relevant services provided, and the service fee paid by the transaction person will not be refunded.
