Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview, Bidding Scope, and Section (Package) Division: The construction site of the 2 × 1000MW Phase II Expansion Project of Guoneng Shenhua Jiujiang Power Plant is located in Yinshawan Industrial Park, about 16.8km northeast of Hukou County, Jiujiang City, at the junction of Hukou County and Pengze County on the east side. It is about 37.5km away from Jiujiang City on the southwest side and about 21.5km away from Pengze County on the northeast side. The first phase has built 2 × 1000MW units, which were connected to the grid for power generation on June 20 and July 7, 2018, respectively. The second phase expansion project plans to construct 2 × 1000MW units, which are scheduled to be put into operation in July 2025. This project involves the inspection, maintenance, and upkeep of the air compressors and post-treatment equipment for the first and second phases of Shenhua Jiujiang Company.
