Bidding Conditions The name of this bidding project is: Anhui Anqing Power Plant Phase III 2 × 1000MW Unit Project Boiler Smoke and Air System Wind Door Equipment Procurement Public Bidding, Project Bidding Number: CEZB250603602, the bidder is Guoneng Anqing Energy Co., Ltd., the project unit is Guoneng Anqing Energy Co., Ltd., and the funding source is self raised. The bidding agency is National Energy Group International Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. This project has met the bidding conditions and is now undergoing domestic qualification review and open bidding. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview, Bidding Scope, and Section (Package) Division: Anhui Company's Anqing Phase III 2 × 1000MW Unit Project plans to construct 2 × 1000MW ultra supercritical coal-fired units and simultaneously build flue gas desulfurization and denitrification devices. Scope of bidding: The smoke and air duct dampers and their ancillary equipment for the two units of this project, as detailed in Chapter 5 Supply Requirements. Delivery period: 6 months from the effective date of the contract (tentative), the specific delivery time to the site shall be subject to the notice of the tenderer, and the bidder shall meet the engineering requirements. Delivery location: Designated location on the construction site of Anqing Power Plant Phase III 2 × 1000MW Unit Project (on the vehicle board). 2.2 Other:/3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders 3.1 Qualification Conditions and Performance Requirements: [1] Qualification Requirements: (1) Bidders must be independent legal persons or other organizations registered in accordance with the law, and must provide valid supporting documents. 【2】 Financial requirements: [3] Performance requirements: From April 2020 to the deadline for bidding (based on the time of contract signing), bidders must have at least 2 supply contracts for wind door equipment for flue (or air duct) systems of domestic 1000MW and above thermal power units. Bidders must provide scanned copies of the contract that can prove the performance requirements of this bidding.
