Qualified suppliers (or manufacturers) are welcome to register and participate. 1、 Project Overview: With the change of new technologies, the development of hospital business, and the requirements of policies and situations, our hospital's information construction and business continue to expand. The servers and various network devices in various information systems are constantly increasing, and the management of target hosts must go through various authentication and login processes. This project is based on the compliance and stable security development of hospital operation and maintenance control. It is planned to purchase one zero trust security gateway and one bastion machine, which will be deployed in the Tianhe campus to provide remote and internal network operation and maintenance management, achieve permission control, auditing, and traceability of the operation and maintenance process. Project budget: 300000 yuan. 2、 The basic requirements of the project are that the project construction must meet the third level or above requirements of the "Basic Requirements for Information Security Technology and Information System Security Level Protection", and must meet the fifth level B index requirements of the "Hospital Information Interconnection Standardization Maturity Evaluation Plan" and the sixth level index requirements of the "Electronic Medical Record System Application Leveling Evaluation Standards". It must also assist in passing the third level of intelligent management and meet the requirements of localization and innovation. It needs to include but is not limited to the following functions (or capabilities): asset and user management capability, identity authentication capability, multi factor authentication capability, operation and maintenance tool support, audit capability, automatic operation and maintenance capability, work order process capability, national security support, automatic password change, alarm notification, usability, etc. 3、 Supplier qualification: 1. The responding supplier must be an enterprise legal person or other organization registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China with independent civil liability capacity; 2. Suppliers must have a valid Business License for their relevant business scope; 3. Suppliers should have the ability to undertake projects, fulfill contracts, provide after-sales services, and maintain a good reputation; Capable of assuming all legal liabilities arising from the services provided and complying with laws and administrative regulations; 4. The supplier has not engaged in any illegal or disciplinary behavior and has been punished in participating in public bidding activities; The same person in charge of the unit or different suppliers with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in the same project; Suppliers must not engage in bid rigging or collusion. 4、 Project research content: 1. Develop a project service plan and respond to project research needs, which should include system functions, hardware support, project progress, implementation team configuration, quality assurance measures, emergency measures, etc; And a complete and detailed after-sales service plan, as well as a service plan and commitment after the service period expires, which are in line with the actual situation. 2. Provide a detailed quotation and provide a quote for the project content. If the proposed plan exceeds the project content, additional items should be indicated, and the hospital does not need to incur additional costs. 3.
