Qualification requirements for applicants: 1. The bidding supplier shall meet the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, Provide the following materials: 1) Ability to independently assume civil liability: Provide scanned or photocopies of the business license, certificate of legal representative of public institutions, or registration certificate of legal representative of social organizations registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China; If the responding supplier is a natural person, provide a scanned or photocopy of the natural person's identification document; If there are other regulations in the country, then according to its regulations, when bidding for branch offices, it is necessary to obtain an authorization letter issued by the head office (headquarters) with legal personality to the branch office, and provide scanned or copied copies of the business license (practice license) of the head office (headquarters) and the branch office.
