Project Name: Video Shooting Service Project for Schools Participating in Municipal Teaching Competitions and Class Teacher Competitions 3. Tender Project Overview: The budget amount for this project is 1200 yuan/machine/day (including shooting equipment and auxiliary materials, shooting labor, and post production simple editing services), and the settlement will be based on the actual number of machines used after the completion of the shooting project. Service fee amount=transaction price * actual number of camera positions used. The total amount of the project shall not exceed 33000 yuan. Procurement Project Overview and Requirements: The bidding unit must have the ability to shoot at least 6 camera positions simultaneously. The shooting equipment for each camera position should not be lower than the following standards: Equipment Quantity Unit Equipment Requirements: 1 set of 4K camera and tripod, including tripod, storage card, card reader pickup device (Little Bee), 2 sets of 1-to-4 wireless microphone video and audio cables, 1 set of necessary auxiliary materials to complete the shooting. Each camera position must complete the project shooting within the specified time according to the requirements of the relevant competition content. (Please refer to the following instructions for specific requirements. If there are any changes to the competition requirements, please follow the latest relevant competition documents.) Class teacher competition: The recorded video of the theme class meeting must be recorded continuously in a single machine mode throughout the entire process (without using rocker arms, drones, virtual broadcasting systems, temporary splicing of large LED displays, or other recording methods that are detached from the actual situation of class building and education, pursue shooting effects unilaterally, and are expensive). It is not allowed to edit or dub separately, without adding opening and ending credits or subtitle annotations, and the name of the school in the region must not be leaked. Encapsulated in MP4 format, each file size does not exceed 400M. Video recording software is not limited and is compressed using H.264/AVC (MPEG-4 Part10) encoding format; The bitrate of the dynamic stream shall not be less than 1024Kbps and not exceed 1280Kbps; The resolution is set to 720x576 (standard definition 4:3 shooting) or 1280x720 (high-definition 16:9 shooting): using progressive scanning (frame rate of 25 frames per second). The audio is compressed in AAC (MPEG4Part3) format; Sampling rate 48KHz; Stream rate of 128Kbps (constant). Teaching competition shooting requirements: All videos must be recorded continuously in a dual camera format of "main camera+auxiliary camera" throughout the entire process, with fixed lenses. The main camera position is aimed at the main scene of the teacher's teaching (explanation), and the image can fully reflect the process and effect of the main teaching activities. The auxiliary camera position is fixed according to the environment, and must cover the indoor panoramic view with clear images, which is used to verify the authenticity of video shooting and other scenes and activities that the main camera position cannot cover. The main and auxiliary positions must be recorded synchronously to ensure accurate synchronization of audio and video. During the recording process, if the filming and other personnel are not present, the submitted video should be recorded from the moment the filming personnel leave until the filming personnel stop (the recording time outside the specified time should not exceed 2 minutes). All videos captured by camera positions must ensure continuous audio tracks, without additional editing or dubbing, and without adding opening or closing credits or subtitles
