Inquiry Content: To carry out our hospital's medical institution formulation and cosmetics development services. (1) Conduct process research on products (including formula screening and optimization, ingredient research, extraction process research, stability research); (2) Cosmetics formula development (product characteristic verification, efficacy evaluation, sample trial production); (3) Cosmetic efficacy evaluation (including medical ethics and human efficacy evaluation); (4) Patent application and technical standard formulation work. We are conducting market research and inquiring about the supplier responsible for the development of this cosmetic product. 3、 Project requirements: 1. The supplier should have the corresponding qualifications, capabilities, and conditions (the supplier should be a registered and filed inspection and testing institution for cosmetics; the project team members should have a background in traditional Chinese medicine research and experience in cosmetics development; the supplier should have the conditions to conduct experiments related to cosmetic processes, standards, and efficacy evaluation; have the ethical review conditions for conducting human efficacy evaluation; have the corresponding conditions for conducting human efficacy evaluation of cosmetics); 2. Carry out work related to the development of medical institution preparations into cosmetics, strictly following the requirements for cosmetics filing and industry standards; 3. Promote the project according to the development plan and schedule agreed upon by both parties, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of the project; 4.
