1、 Project Overview 1. Project Name: Harbin Engineering University Shared Power Bank Introduction Service; 2. Project Introduction and Business Requirements: In order to meet the daily needs and convenience of teachers and students, we plan to introduce services for the shared power bank project; 3. Business scope: Rental of shared power banks; 4. Placement location and quantity: in school teaching buildings, apartment buildings, and canteens; 5. Rent and payment method: The minimum rent price is 1600.00 yuan/year/unit, for a total of 28 units, totaling 44800.00 yuan/year. The electricity fee is charged according to the commercial electricity price. The first year's rent shall be paid in full within 7 days after the contract is signed, and the subsequent rent shall be paid within 30 days before the start of each annual lease term; 6. Contract term: Three years, with the introduction service fee paid annually. 2、 Qualification requirements: 1. Legal persons, other organizations, or individual businesses registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China in accordance with the law, with independent capacity to bear civil liability; 2. The same person in charge of the unit or different suppliers with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in this project at the same time; 3. This project does not accept applications from consortia or natural persons; 4. This project is not allowed to be subcontracted again; 5. Specific requirements for this project: Suppliers who intend to participate in this project must have the relevant qualifications and capabilities to complete such projects, as well as experience in operating shared power banks. 3、 Qualification review materials: 1. Business license and related qualification certification materials (original color scanned copy with official seal); 2. Basic account opening bank license or basic deposit account information sheet (original color scanned copy with official seal); 3. ID card and contact information of the legal representative (original color scanned copy with official seal). 4、 Registration time and requirements: 1. Registration time: April 24, 2025- April 27, 2025, 8:00-11:30 am, 14:00-17:00 pm (Beijing time); 2. Registration requirements: Suppliers who intend to participate in this project are requested to send an electronic version of their registration materials to their email address hqjtcgb@163.com And indicate the name of the reported project. After receiving the application materials for review, the school will send the "Introduction Service Document" to the email provided by the supplier who intends to participate in this project. Please check it yourself; The above materials must be clear and complete, otherwise they will not be accepted. The registered supplier shall be responsible for the legality, authenticity, and completeness of the materials provided. 5、 Time and method for submitting response documents: 1. Time: 8:30 am on April 29, 2025 (Beijing time); 2. Method: Suppliers who intend to participate in this project are requested to seal and send the response documents to the Yellow River Hall on the fourth floor of the Qihang Activity Center at Harbin Engineering University by 8:30 am on April 29, 2025 (Beijing time). The evaluation team will then unpack the response documents on site for evaluation. 6、 Survey site time and location: 1. Time: 9:00 am on April 28, 2025 (Beijing time); 2.
