Chuzhou Mingguang Salt Industry Co., Ltd. is currently open for lease for its office building. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: 1. Basic information of the leased property: The property is located on the 4th floor of the office building at the northeast corner of the intersection of Hongwu Avenue and Lingji Avenue in Mingguang City, with an area of 258 square meters. 2、 Rental target: The lessee should be a legal person, social organization, or natural person with full civil capacity, with a certain scale and financial strength, good social reputation, and no illegal or adverse business records. For this rental offer, the competing tenants will conduct an on-site inspection and rent the property in its current condition. 3、 Rental method: Adopt a competitive leasing method with a reserve price of 26000 yuan per year, and obtain the right to lease with the highest rent. If the lessee abandons the lease after obtaining the right to lease, it will be considered a breach of contract and the deposit will not be refunded (a deposit of 2000 yuan is required when registering). The lessee is responsible for the daily safety management of the leased property and bears the related expenses for water, electricity, gas communication (network), garbage collection, property management, parking, etc. that occur in the leased property. 3. The lessee must comply with national laws and regulations and operate in compliance with the law during the lease period; otherwise, it will be considered a breach of contract. During the lease term, if there are changes in national policies or reforms in the higher-level company system, the lessee shall unconditionally comply, and the lessor shall only refund the remaining rent and security deposit of the property without further compensation. 4. If the lease term expires and the lessor still rents out the property to others, the lessee shall have the priority right to lease under the same conditions. When the contract expires or terminates, the lessee shall restore the leased premises to their original condition and unconditionally return them to the lessor. 5.
