Basic information: 1. Location: No. 14 Shahe West Road, Taihe County 2. Area: 334.16 square meters, located on the 1st floor and 5th floor. 2、 Guiding ideology 1: The principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality. 2. The principle of competitive leasing. 3、 The lessee must comply with the relevant laws and regulations such as the design purpose of the house and the registration of the market entity's residence (business premises) when using the above-mentioned house for rental purposes. They are not allowed to engage in dangerous goods industries, illegal industries, or other unsuitable business projects, otherwise it will be considered a violation of regulations. If this causes the lessee to be unable to use the house according to the expected plan and results in the inability to fulfill the lease agreement, the responsibility shall be borne by the lessee. 4、 Lease condition 1. The lessee should be a legal person, social organization, or natural person with full civil capacity, and have no illegal or adverse business records. 2. During the lease term, the lessee is responsible for the daily safety management of the leased property and bears the related expenses for water, electricity, gas, communication (network), garbage collection, property management, parking, etc. incurred by the leased property. During the lease term, when the lessee renovates or decorates the leased property, the renovation or decoration plan must be approved in writing by the lessor, and the renovation or decoration must be carried out in accordance with the overall design layout and safety requirements of the first party's property. The original structure and site status of the property shall not be changed, and the structure of the property shall not be altered or damaged.
