Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview: Bidding Project Name: EPC General Contracting for the 150 ton Steel Slag Rolling Crushing and Upgrading Project of the Plate and Strip Division. Construction location: within the factory area of Chengde Branch of Hebei Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Construction period: Within 150 calendar days from the date of contract signing, the project shall be completed and put into use. All formal design blueprints shall be delivered within 30 calendar days, and the design progress shall not affect the on-site construction progress.
