The evaluation committee of the 2025 Shantou Branch Global Data Lake Procurement Project has completed the evaluation of the response documents submitted by each responding supplier according to the evaluation methods and standards specified in the inquiry document. The evaluation results are as follows: (1) Information of the successful candidate: 1. Name of the first successful candidate: Guangdong Leichen Information Technology Co., Ltd. 2. Name of the second successful candidate: Guangzhou Yihe Information Technology Co., Ltd. (2) Rejection response: This project does not involve rejection response. Publicity period: April 24, 2025 to April 27, 2025. During the public notice period, if suppliers or other stakeholders have objections to the candidate for the transaction, they may raise them with the purchaser. According to the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China, the Implementation Regulations of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for Handling Complaints in Tendering and Bidding Activities of Engineering Construction Projects, and other laws and regulations, as well as the Enterprise System such as the Measures for Handling Objections in Procurement of China Telecom Group (Trial), the requirements for raising objections are hereby notified as follows: 1. The person raising the objection should be the responding supplier or an interested party related to this project; 2. Objections should be raised in writing through the real name email address for receiving objections. The written objection materials should include the objection matters and supporting materials. Objections should include the following: (1) the name, address, contact person, and contact phone number of the objector; (2) Objection project name, section/package (if any); (3) Specific and clear objections and related claims and demands; (4) Necessary supporting materials and evidence; (5) Date of objection raised; If the objector is a legal person or other organization, the objection letter shall be signed by the legal representative/person in charge or their authorized representative and stamped with the official seal of the unit. If the objector is a natural person, they shall sign and provide valid identification documents; 4. Objections should be raised within the public notice period; 5. The objector should provide valid clues about the disputed matter and cooperate with the investigation; 6. Submit written objection materials stamped with the official seal of the unit in paper documents or electronic scanned copies; 7. If the objector raises objections to non-public content such as response documents and review materials from other suppliers, they should provide legal sources of information; If the purchaser believes that the objection materials are unclear or insufficient and require further clarification or supplementation by the objector, the objector shall clarify or supplement them as required; If the objection raised by the objector falls into the following three situations, the purchaser has the right to refuse to accept it: (1) if the objection does not meet any of the above requirements; (2) Having provided a clear response and no new factual evidence, repeatedly raising objections to the same matter; (3) The objection has entered into administrative complaints, administrative reconsideration, administrative litigation or other judicial procedures; 10. The objector shall ensure the authenticity of the objection content and relevant supporting materials, as well as the legality of their sources, and bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
