Bidding Conditions This project, Beijing Tongzhou District Nanhuofaji Rental Water Supply Guarantee Project, has been approved for construction by the Development and Reform Commission of Tongzhou District, Beijing under Jing Tong Zhou Fa Gai (Nuclear) [2024] No. 114. The tenderer is Grand Canal (Beijing) Water Supply Co., Ltd., and the construction funds are self raised by state-owned enterprise units (local), with a project investment ratio of 100%. The bidding agency is Beijing Huitianyu Engineering Management Co., Ltd. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding. Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Construction Site of the Project: Zhangjiawan Town, Tongzhou District 2.2 Construction Scale of the Project: 863.1 meters of DN300mm water supply pipeline outside the water plant on the north side of the existing main canal along Huotai Road, 4343.3 meters of DN200-DN400mm water distribution pipeline will be built along the existing Niuxiang Road, Tianbai Road, and Luxi Road, with an estimated contract price of 19.146 million yuan. 2.3 Construction Period Requirements of the Project: 70 calendar days. 2.4 Division of the Project Sections 2.4 Bidding Scope of the Project: 863.1 meters of DN300mm water supply pipeline outside the water plant on the north side of the existing main canal along Huotai Road, and 4343.3 meters of DN200-DN400mm water distribution pipeline will be built along the existing Niuxiang Road, Tianbai Road, and Luxi Road. The N400mm water distribution pipeline is 4343.3m long, including excavation of pipe trenches, pipeline laying (including excavation, pipe pulling, and pipe jacking construction processes), installation of gates, and masonry of well chambers The construction of road surface restoration, pipeline flushing and disinfection, as well as all the contents shown in the construction drawings and bill of quantities. 2.5 Other/3. Qualification Requirements for Applicants 3.1 The pre qualification of this project requires the applicant to have a third level [new] or above qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction,/(similar project description in recent years) performance, and corresponding construction capabilities in personnel, equipment, funds, etc. Among them, the applicant's proposed project manager must have a second level or above registered construction engineer qualification for municipal public works and a valid safety production assessment certificate (B version), and shall not serve as a project manager for other ongoing construction projects when determining the winning bidder. 3.2 The pre qualification of this project does not accept applications for joint venture pre qualification.
