The types of cakes include but are not limited to cheese, mousse, chocolate, cheese, ice cream, etc. The current service scope mainly includes Bincheng District, Zouping City, and Boxing County in Binzhou City, Shandong Province. 2、 Supplier Qualification Requirements (1) General Qualification Requirements: 1. Possess legal person qualifications and branch offices authorized by legal persons or capable of bearing civil liability; 2. Have good reputation and sound financial accounting system; 3. Possess the necessary equipment, professional technical capabilities, and qualifications to fulfill the contract; 4. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; 5. There is no significant record of illegal activities in the past three years of business operations. （2） Specific qualification requirements: 1.
