Package 5 Reinsurance Management, Reinsurance Analysis 2025 Property Insurance 2009 Edition Centralized Reinsurance Management System, Property Insurance 2017 Edition Centralized Reinsurance Analysis System Upgrade. 2、 Applicants must meet the following conditions: 1. Enterprises within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) with independent legal personality and the ability to independently assume civil liability; 2. It has the corresponding business scope, and the registered capital or net assets (owner's equity) is not less than 5 million yuan (including) or the equivalent foreign currency (calculated at the middle rate of the corresponding currency against RMB authorized and published by the People's Bank of China on the issue date of the plan solicitation announcement); 3. Having at least one similar project implementation experience in the domestic financial industry or large domestic enterprises in the past three years (2022 present) (similar projects must meet the following conditions: ① the service target is domestic financial enterprises or large domestic enterprises; ② the project content must be similar to the procurement service content), and a copy of the project contract must be provided as proof material; 4. Within the three years prior to participating in this procurement activity, there has been no significant violation of laws, regulations, or serious misconduct in business activities, and the applicant has not been disqualified from participating due to the aforementioned circumstances; 5.
