Time range: January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 (subject to the payment time of the commendation documents or award certificates). 2. Reward scope: According to the spirit of the "Measures for Rewarding Outstanding Achievements in Ideological and Political Work of Jingdezhen Ceramic University (Revised in 2023)" (Taoda Dangfa [2023] No. 74) (see Annex 1 for details), the provincial-level and above (including provincial-level) honorary awards obtained by in-service faculty and staff in the field of ideological and political work of the university are within the scope of rewards. Specifically, it includes categories such as honors for ideological and political work, research on ideological and political work, skills competitions for ideological and political work positions, campus culture construction, civilization cultivation, and other situations that require rewards. Collective rewards are declared by the top ranked faculty member (who is also responsible for specific bonus distribution), without the need for multiple people to submit them repeatedly. 3、 Declaration process 1. Personal declaration. Teachers and staff shall bring one copy of the certificate of reward or commendation for their achievements in ideological and political work to their respective branch party committees (party branches) for application. 2. Initial review of the unit. Each branch party committee (party branch) shall conduct a preliminary review of the application materials and submit all application materials to the Party Committee Propaganda Department before May 10, 2025. The application materials include: a summary table of outstanding achievements in ideological and political work for the year 2024 (1 electronic copy and 1 paper copy, the paper copy needs to be signed by the person in charge of the party committee (party branch) and stamped with the official seal), and 1 electronic and 1 paper copy of the reward certificate materials (sorted in the order of the summary table). 3. Reviewed by the Party Committee Propaganda Department. The Party Committee Propaganda Department, in conjunction with relevant departments, will conduct an audit and make it public for 5 working days; After no objections are announced, it shall be submitted to the school party committee for approval. 4、 The relevant party committees (party branches) and departments are required to designate dedicated personnel to be responsible for timely notification work; Explanations should be provided for the declared results that do not meet the requirements.
