After evaluation, Shanghai Kaisibi Pump Co., Ltd. was determined as the winning candidate. After confirmation by Shell, the patent holder of CNOOC Shell Huizhou polycarbonate project, Shanghai Kaisibi Pump Co., Ltd., the first winning candidate, did not meet the requirements of Shell's "Technical Accreditation Supplier List" due to the lack of certification confirmation from Shell.
