For the comparison of this design service, companies that meet the criteria are requested to actively respond and participate in bidding. 1、 Service Content (1) Design Scope This design includes a building area of approximately 60000 square meters. Among them, Xingyuan Building has a construction area of 8998 square meters (2 underground floors, 3 above ground floors, 3503.8 square meters underground, 5362.2 square meters above ground, and 132 square meters of connecting corridor), the outpatient building has a construction area of 47722 square meters (2 underground floors, 3 above ground floors, 22226 square meters underground, and 25496 square meters above ground), and the southern ward building has a construction area of 2562 square meters (3 above ground floors). The estimated project budget is 150000 yuan. （2） Service content: 1. Plan layout adjustment design: Review the current plan layout of Xingyuan Building, Outpatient Building, South Ward Building, and Hospital Campus. If it is inconsistent with the current plan layout design, adjust the plan drawings based on the current plan layout. 2. Construction Drawing Deepening Design: Based on the adjusted floor plan and original security electrical drawings, carry out detailed design of the security monitoring system construction drawings for Xingyuan Building, Outpatient Building, South Ward Building, and Hospital Campus, including the demolition of all existing security monitoring points and pipelines, as well as the addition of new security monitoring points. 3. The design cycle is 20 days, and 4 sets of stamped blueprints will be issued. At the same time, it is also responsible for coordinating and guiding the subsequent construction stages, and correcting the drawings according to the actual situation on site. （3） Technical requirements: Design work shall be carried out in accordance with current national regulations and relevant specifications such as building security monitoring systems.
