Clearly specify the purchase order name, purchase number, purchasing agency, and purchaser for the disputed project; 5. Basic facts, valid clues, and relevant supporting materials for raising objections. 7、 If the complainant is not satisfied with the response to the objection, or believes that the procurement activity does not comply with national laws and regulations and the regulations of the National Energy Group Corporation, they may file a complaint within 10 days from the date they knew or should have known.
