Tender Conditions This tender project, Shanxi Jinmei Qinxiu Longwan Energy Co., Ltd. Longwan Mine Construction Third Batch Project (Second Tender) (Tender Number: JNA164-ZB-250412901), has been approved by the National Energy Administration for the construction of the Longwan Coal Mine Project in the Jincheng Mining Area of Shanxi Province under the approval of State Energy Development Coal [2019] No. 28. The project funds are self raised by the enterprise, and the tenderer is Shanxi Jinmei Group Qinxiu Longwan Mine Construction. Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now approved; Jinneng Holdings Tendering and Procurement Platform; The full process electronic bidding method will be used for open bidding of this project. 2、 Project Overview and Bidding Scope 2.1 Project Overview: Shanxi Jinmei Qinxiu Longwan Energy Co., Ltd. Longwan Mine has a construction scale of 4 million tons per year and is equipped with a coal preparation plant of the same scale. The third batch of construction projects for Longwan Mine (second bidding) mainly includes: uphill and connecting roadway in mining area 1 (uphill 2 for return air in mining area 1, uphill for auxiliary transportation in mining area 1, uphill for conveyor in mining area 1, uphill for gangue transportation in mining area 1, uphill 1 for return air in mining area 1, and uphill connecting roadway in mining area 1). This bidding includes: Section 001 (Package): Longwan Mine Construction Third Batch Project (Second Bidding) Section (Package) Content and Scope: (1) Return air up the mountain in the first mining area 2: Design length of 2054.8m, rock properties of the roadway are semi coal rock, arch section, main support method is anchor mesh cable spraying+water ditch, the strength grade of sprayed concrete is C25, the strength grade of water ditch concrete is C30, and the strength grade of poured concrete is C30. Please refer to the drawings for details. (2) Auxiliary transportation up the mountain in mining area 1: The design length of the auxiliary transportation up the mountain in mining area 1 is 2119.1m. The surrounding rock of the roadway is rock with an arched cross-section. The main support method is anchor mesh cable spraying+water ditch+bottom laying. The strength grade of sprayed concrete is C25, the strength grade of bottom laying and water ditch concrete is C30, and the strength grade of poured concrete is C30.
