Announcement on the Listing and Transfer of State owned Land Use Rights by Suzhou Natural Resources and Planning Bureau Su Zhi Wang Hang [2025] No. 9 With the approval of the Suzhou Municipal People's Government, Suzhou Natural Resources and Planning Bureau has decided to transfer the state-owned land use rights of one (1) plot through listing. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: 1. Basic information and planning index requirements for the listed land parcel: parcel number, land location, land area (m2), land use planning index requirements, transfer period (year), deposit (RMB 10000), starting price (RMB 10000), price increase rules and range, plot ratio, building density, green space ratio, Su Di 2025-WG-Z03, Xiangcheng District, Yongfang Road West and Zhiba Road North 33044 residential area, plot ratio ≤ 1.02, building density ≤ 45% 30% ≤ green space ratio 7080904046200 (RMB 10000). 2. Bidding qualification: The residential land for this transfer must be participated by enterprises with real estate development qualifications, and the real estate development enterprise qualification certificate must be uploaded simultaneously when registering. It can be bid independently or jointly. We do not accept natural persons to participate in bidding (including applying for bidding in their own name or agreeing to establish a company as the assignee for development and construction after winning the bid). Private estates and low rise detached residential villas with private gardens are not allowed to be constructed in real estate development projects. 3、 The bidding party for the auction of state-owned land use rights will be determined based on the principle of the highest bidder. 4、 For detailed information and specific requirements of this listing and transfer, please refer to the listing and transfer documents. Applicants can obtain the listing and transfer documents at Room 810 of Suzhou Natural Resources and Planning Bureau from April 28, 2025 to May 20, 2025. 5、 The state-owned construction land use rights will be sold online through the Suzhou Municipal State owned Construction Land Use Rights Online Trading System( http://221.224.76.18/ )(hereinafter referred to as the online trading system). Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria for registration can log in to the online trading system from May 19, 2025 to May 26, 2025 to submit their applications. The deadline for paying the bid security deposit is 16:00 on May 26, 2025. 6、 The location for the listing of state-owned land use rights this time is http://rbland.suzhou.gov.cn:6600/ The listing time for each plot is as follows: 1. Plot number: Sudi 2025-WG-Z03 Registration time: 09:00 on May 19, 2025 to 16:00 on May 26, 2025; Deposit payment time: 09:00 on May 19, 2025 to 16:00 on May 26, 2025; Listing period: 9:00 on May 19, 2025 to 10:00 on May 28, 2025. 7、 Other matters that need to be announced: The winning bidder shall not construct villa type real estate development projects with low rise detached residences and private gardens.
