Other land conditions that need to be explained: No. Gaochun 2025GY11:1. The plot is listed for sale with a planning and design scheme. The winning bidder must apply for a "Construction Project Planning Permit" according to the Nanjing Engineering Construction Project Design Scheme Approval Opinion [Ning Planning Resource Scheme (2025) No. 06459]. In the later stage, if it meets the planning conditions, the winning bidder can adjust the planning and design scheme and submit it for approval according to the procedures. 2. This plot does not accept joint bidding. 3. The land and the buildings built on the surface, above ground, and underground of this plot shall not be divided for sale, transferred, or mortgaged. If a complete transfer is required, written consent must be obtained from the Management Committee of Jiangsu Gaochun Economic Development Zone. 4. This plot of land can be used to construct non productive buildings (including administrative management, living services, etc.), with a land occupation ratio not exceeding 7% of the project land and a building area ratio not exceeding 15% of the total above ground building area. 5. The winning bidder must sign the "Investment and Development Supervision Agreement" with the Jiangsu Gaochun Economic Development Zone Management Committee before signing the land transfer contract, and accept full supervision from the Jiangsu Gaochun Economic Development Zone Management Committee. 6. The requirements for modernization of the construction industry on this plot shall be subject to the opinions issued by the urban construction authority.
