Announcement on the Listing and Transfer of State owned Land Use Rights by Sihong County Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, with the approval of the Sihong County People's Government, the bureau has decided to transfer the state-owned land use rights of one (1) plot through listing. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: 1. Basic information and planning index requirements for the listed land parcel: parcel number, land location, land area (m2), land use planning index requirements, transfer period (year), guarantee deposit (10000 yuan), starting price (10000 yuan), price increase rules and range, plot ratio, building density, green space rate, 2025-GB10, 16128, north side of Weiliu Road, Huangtai Community, Qingyang Street, industrial 1.20 ≤ plot ratio of 50%, greening rate ≤ 10%, 50154154.82881 (10000 yuan/mu). 1. Parcel number: 2025-GB10, construction content: agricultural and sideline food processing investment intensity: 4500, office and service facility land ratio: 7. The assignee shall not construct complete sets of residential buildings, expert buildings, hotels, and guesthouses within the scope of the acquired parcel. Non productive facilities such as training centers and other urban planning requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the technical regulations for urban planning and management in Jiangsu Province and Sihong County. 2、 Qualifications for bidding: Natural persons, companies, enterprises, and other organizations within and outside the People's Republic of China are eligible to participate in the bidding, but those who have overdue land transfer fees in our county or have other legal provisions are not allowed to participate in this bidding. Applicants can obtain the listing and transfer documents online from April 28, 2025 to May 17, 2025. 5、 The state-owned construction land use rights will be sold through online listing, and will be traded through the Sihong County State owned Construction Land Use Rights Online Trading System (hereinafter referred to as the Online Trading System). Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria for registration can log in to the online trading system from May 18, 2025 to May 26, 2025 to submit their applications. The deadline for paying the bid security deposit is 17:30 on May 26, 2025. 6、 The location for the listing of state-owned land use rights this time is online.
